Ikima means (our) in Thulung language. IkimaNepal, means Our Nepal. IkimaNepal.com is developed and maintained by arguably the only wildlife photographer of Eastern Nepal, who also works as Travel Photographer, News Photographer and in various Project Works. IkimaNepal.com is YR Thulung's online location to show and share his work and experience in capturing wildlife, flora and fauna, place, landscape, lifestyle, culture, politics, events and everything Nepal and Nepalese. In the past fifteen years of photography he has worked for Daily Newspaper, Weekly Newspaper, Magazines, Calenders and Brochures. He has also participated in photo exhibition(s) and received numerous awards and special award in fauna catagory "Nature through Lens" photo competition in 2007 and 2008 as well. which was organised by Wild Conservation Nepal (WCN). He lives in Tarahara with his family, which is located in the Eastern Terai Region of Nepal. He is also a founding member of Vijaypur FM. |
